The Maryland State Retirement & Pension Systems issued an RFP for non-discretionary real estate investment consulting services. 

Proposals are due February 27th by 5:00pm EST. 

As of September 30, 2023, the $63 billion pension fund allocates approximately 11% of their portfolio to real estate. They target 11% to real estate.
