Victory Capital Sycamore Mid Cap Value was selected as manager for the Mississippi PERS’ mid-cap value portfolio at the June Investment Committee meeting, Charles Nielsen, CIO, confirmed in an email.
PERS’ target allocation to Domestic Equities is 27% while the current allocation stands at 26.1% as of March 31, 2022.
Boston Partners and J.P Morgan were also considered as finalists. Callan assisted the $33 billion pension with the search.
