Imperial County Retirement Increases Target to Private Credit

The Imperial County Employees’ Retirement System has approved increasing their target allocation to private credit.

The private credit target allocation was raised by 3% to 8%. As a result, the international equity target will be reduced by 3% to 17%.

As of September 30, 2023, the $1 billion Retirement System allocates approximately 5.1% to private credit.
