Louisiana School Commits $25M to Real Estate

The Louisiana School Employees’ Retirement System has disclosed a $25 million commitment to Pennybacker VI.

The value-add real estate fund investment was approved at the February 6 board meeting.

As of  September 30, 2022, the $2 billion Retirement System has an actual and target allocation to real estate of 4.4% and 12% respectively.
