Nebraska SIC Commits $121M to Real Estate, Private Equity

The Nebraska State Investment Council has allocated $121 million between two alternative investments.

$64 million was committed to Oaktree Real Estate Opportunities Fund IX. 

$57 million was committed to The Resolute Fund VI, a private equity fund managed by The Jordan Company.

Aon assisted with both investments.
