New Jersey DOI Commits $400M to Private Equity

The New Jersey Division of Investment has disclosed two private equity commitments totaling up to $400 million.

Up to $150 million was committed to American Industrial Partners Capital Fund VIII, a private equity fund focused on making control-oriented investments in North American industrial businesses.

Additionally, up to €250 million was committed to buyout fund, CVC Capital Partners IX.
