NY State Deferred Seeks Active U.S. Equity Managers

The $35.3 billion New York State Deferred Compensation Board has issued an RFP for Active U.S. Equity managers through their investment consultant, Callan.

Strategies that will be considered include:
  • Active U.S. Large Cap Value Equity
  • Active U.S. Large Cap Core Equity
  • Active U.S. Large Cap Growth Equity
  • Active U.S. Small-Mid (SMID) Cap Core Equity
  • Active U.S. Small Cap Value Equity
  • Active U.S. Small Cap Growth Equity

Currently, the $35.3 billion Plan leverages Fidelity, T.Rowe Price, Vanguard, Boston Partners, and Macquarie Investment Management for Active U.S. Equities, which accounts for $12.1 billion or 34.4% of the total fund.

Proposals are due April 5, 2024.
