Philadelphia Board Commits $75 Million to Direct Lending Fund

The Philadelphia Board of Pensions and Retirement has committed $50 million to Vista Capital Solutions. In addition, $25 million was committed the Fund’s co-investment vehicle. 

The commitment was approved at the July 29 investment committee meeting.

Vista Capital Solutions is a direct lending fund managed by Vista Equity Partners. 

As of May 31, 2022, the $7.2 billion pension fund has an actual and target allocation to private assets of 13.6% and 12% respectively.
