Texas County Commits £65 Million to Private Equity

The Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) has committed £65 Million (approximately $78 million) to private equity fund Synova Fund V, according to a recent activity report on their website. 

Synova is a growth investor focusing on companies in the UK, Ireland, and continental Europe. 

As of March 31, 2022, the $44 billion Retirement System targets a $25% private equity allocation and currently allocates approximately 26% to private equity.
