Texas County Retirement Commits $150 to Direct Lending Fund

Texas County & District Retirement System has made a $150 million commitment to Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund VI.

The private credit investment closed on December 2, 2022 according to the recent activity report from the Retirement System.

As of September 30, 2022, the $40 billion TCDRS has an actual allocation to credit of approximately 28.6%. The target allocation to credit is 29%.
