Baltimore Employees’ Retirement Considering Search for International Small Cap Value

The City of Baltimore Employees’ Retirement System will be developing search criteria for alternative strategies for an International Small Cap Value mandate.

According to meeting minutes from the October board meeting, the board extended the Watch List status for the Mondrian Non-U.S. Small Cap Value strategy for an additional six months.

Search criteria will be developed for alternative strategies.

Mondrian manages a Non-U.S. Small Cap Value strategy. The account had a market value of $77.7 million as of September 30, 2023.
