Baltimore Retirement Commits $35M to Private Equity

The City of Baltimore Employees’ Retirement System has approved a $35 million commitment to GenNx360 Fund IV, according to meeting minutes from the May board meeting.

GenNx360 invests in middle market industrial services and manufacturing companies in North America.

As of April 30, 2023, the $2 billion Retirement System has an actual and target allocation to private equity of 18.9% and 15% respectively.
