Boston Retirement System has selected Cohen Steers Real Estate Opportunities Fund and Ares US Real Estate Opportunity Fund IV for their real estate search, according to the September 20 board meeting minutes.
Both managers were awarded $20 million.
Cerberus also presented at the meeting for consideration.
