CalSTRS Retains RCLCO as Real Estate Consultant

California State Teachers’ Retirement System board recommended retaining RCLCO as their real estate consultant, according to materials from the January 26 board meeting. 

The real estate consultant RFP was issued in May of 2022 as the contract with RCLCO was set to expire in January 2023.

As of December 31, 2022, the $302.1 billion Retirement System allocates approximately 17.5% to real estate.
