Written by: Koncheng Moua, Director of Data Management and Strategy

The Chicago Firemen’s Annuity & Benefit Fund has hired IFM and Ullico for a search for infrastructure managers.

Recently released minutes from the June 15 meeting state that $15 million will be awarded to each firm.

The search was issued in February 2022. The Fund’s consultant, Callan, assisted with the search.

As of March 31, 2022, the Fund targets a 3% allocation to infrastructure.
