Cincinnati Retirement Hires Fixed Income Manager; Retains Marquette

The Cincinnati Retirement System has disclosed hiring a new core fixed income manager, Diamond Hill.

Diamond Hill was hired for an approximately $130 million mandate, according to meeting minutes from the August 3 board meeting.

Also at the meeting, Marquette was rehired as the investment consultant.

As of July 31, 2023, the nearly $2.3 billion Retirement System has an actual and target allocation to fixed income of 16.5% and 22.5% respectively.
