Cook County Preparing Real Estate Searches

Written by: Koncheng Moua, Director of Data Management and Strategy

The Cook County Annuity and Benefit Fund are preparing two real estate searches, according to meeting minutes from the June Board meeting.

Staff approved issuing an RFP for a core real estate fund with a mandate of $110 million.

A non-core real estate RFP will also be issued for a $60 million mandate after the core real estate search is completed.

Callan will assist with the searches.
