DC Retirement Commits $100M to Infrastructure

The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) approved the allocation of $100 million to Grain Communications Fund IV, according to notes from the September board meeting.. 

The infrastructure investment closed in July 2023.

As of June 30th, the DCRB portfolio is valued at $10.5 billion and has an actual and target allocation to real assets of 5.1% and 7% respectively.
