Hawaii ERS Commits $175M to Real Estate

The Hawaii Employees’ Retirement System made two commitments in totaling $175 million to real estate.

$75 million was committed to Lone Star Real Estate Fund VII and $100 million to KKR Real Estate Partners Americas IV.

Both represent existing relationships for the fund. 

As of September 30, 2023 the fund was valued at approximately $22.2 billion.
