Holyoke Retirement Issues RFPs for Equities, Alts

The Holyoke Retirement Board has recently issued RFPs for International Equities, Emerging Markets Equities, real estate, private equity, and private debt.
The International Small Cap Equity mandate will be for approximately $4 million. Proposals are due February 2.
The Emerging Markets Equity mandate will be for $22 million. Proposals are due February 2.
The Private Real Estate mandate will be for $5 to $10 million. Proposals are due February 2.
The Private Debt mandate will be for $5 million. Proposals are due February 16.
The Private Equity mandate will be for $10 million. Proposals are due February 16.
Investment consultant, AndCo, is assisting on all of the RFPs.
