Kansas PERS Commits $60M To Real Estate

The Kansas Public Employees’ Retirement System has committed $60 million to Waterton Residential Property Venture XV.

The value-add real estate investment managed by Waterton was recommended at the May board meeting.

As of April 30, 2023, KPERS has an actual and target allocation to real estate of 12.32% and 13% respectively.
