# Kansas PERS Selects Two Managers for High Yield Search

The Kansas Public Employees Retirement System has selected Oaktree Capital and Beach Point Capital for their high yield fixed income search, according to materials from the November 16th Board meeting. 

Both managers were awarded an initial investment of $600 million. 

As of October 31, 2023, the $24 billion pension fund allocates 6.4% to Yield Driven assets with a target of 6.0%.
