LA Fire & Police Pension Retains Townsend as Real Estate Consultant

The Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System are expected to renew Townsend as their real estate consultant, according to materials from the November 16 board meeting. 

A recommendation was made at the meeting to renew Townsend for a three-year contract to January 2027. The current contract was set to expire in January 2024.

As of September 30, 2023, the $28.9 billion Fire & Police Pension System allocates 10.27% to real estate.
