Macomb County Retirement Allocates $10M to Mavik Capital

Macomb County Retirement System has approved a $10 million investment with Mavik Capital Management. 

Mavik Capital focuses on “US commercial real estate credit and special situations investments” according to their website.

The investment was approved at the October 27 board meeting, as shown in recently released meeting minutes.

Investment consultant, AndCo, conducted due diligence and made the recommendation to the Board at the meeting.
