Marin Replaces International Equity Manager

According to meeting minutes from the January 17th board meeting, the Marin County Employees Retirement Association has approved replacing the Morgan Stanley and Artisan international equity portfolios with the State Street Global Investors MSCI World ex-US Index. 

MCERA previously approved a 50% passive non-us developed, 25% active non-us small cap, and 25% active emerging markets structure.

The $3.2 billion ERA targets 22% to international equities and has an allocation of 20.7% as of December 31, 2023.
