Massachusetts Housing Approves Extending State Street

Massachusetts Housing Retirement System has approved renewing State Street Global Advisors for the passive index equity RFP. 

The approximately $222 million Retirement System invests in six SSgA funds which include Russell 1000 Value, Russell 1000 Growth, Russell 2000, MSCI EAFE, MSCI EAFE Small Cap, and TIPS. 

Staff approved up to a 7-year agreement with SSgA to continue as the Index Fund Manager. 

Northern Trust and Rhumbline also responded to the RFP.
