NC Retirement Systems Commits $119M to Real Estate

The North Carolina Retirement Systems has approved the commitment of $119 million to real estate according to materials from the November 15th board meeting.

$119 million was allocated to NorthRock Fund IV. 

As of September 30th, 2023, the $111 billion Pension Fund has an actual and target allocation to core real estate of 5.41% and 5% respectively.
