Nebraska Investment Commits $88M to Private Equity

The Nebraska Investment Council approved two commitments to private equity totaling $88 million, according to materials from the March 7th Investment Council meeting. 

$56 million was committed to McCarthy Capital Fund VIII and $32 million was committed to Constitution Capital Partners Ironsides Partnership VII.

Consultant, Aon assisted with the recommendations. Both represent existing relationships for the fund. 

As of December 31, 2023, the Nebraska Investment Council manages approximately $40.8 billion.
