New Hampshire Retirement Commits $130M to Private Equity

The New Hampshire Retirement System has disclosed three private equity investments totaling up to $130 million, according to meeting minutes from the May 9 meeting. 

$50 million was committed to American Industrial Partners VIII. $40 million was approved for Apollo Fund X. Additionally, $40 million was committed to the Apollo Fund X Co-Investment fund. 

As of February 28, 2023, the $10 billion Retirement System has an actual and target allocation to private equity of 14.17% and 10% respectively.
