New Hampshire Retirement Considering Increases to Private Credit, Infrastructure

The New Hampshire Retirement System was presented a new portfolio mix proposal by consultant Callan.

The new mix would include:

-    Private Credit 10% (+5%)

-    Private Infrastructure 5% (+5%)

-    Global Equity 40% (-10%)

Staff is still finalizing the strategic plan for investments. 

As of June 30, 2023, the $11.3 billion pension fund allocates 15.6% to global equity with a target allocation of 20%. And 19.6% to alternatives with a target allocation of 15%.
