New Jersey DOI Commits $200M to Vista Equity Partners

The New Jersey Division of Investment has committed $200 million to Vista Equity Partners.

$100 million was committed to Vista Equity Partners VIII, a large buyout fund.

Additionally, $100 million was committed to a side-car co-investment vehicle.

Aksia, the private equity consultant,  assisted with due diligence for the private equity investment.
