North Dakota Investment Board Commits to Private Equity; Terminates EM Equity Manager

The North Dakota State Investment Board has disclosed committing to Altor Equity Partners, according to meeting materials from the July 21 board meeting.

No other details of the private equity investment were available.

The Investment Board also approved terminating the mandate with Axiom Emerging Markets. In the North Dakota Legacy Fund, the Axiom account was valued at $177 million. Funds will be reallocated to DFA in the Emerging Markets portfolio.
