Ohio State Highway Retirement Commits $15M to Real Estate

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Retirement System has made a $15 million commitment to the Oaktree Real Estate Opportunities Fund IX. 

The real estate investment was approved at the April 20 board meeting.

Also at the meeting, staff approved terminating the Credit-Suisse Dollar Senior Loan Fund.

The Retirement System’s consultant, Clearstead, assisted with the real estate investment.
