Oklahoma Firefighters Pension Commits $45M to Private Equity, Private Credit

According to meeting minutes from the November 17, 2023 board meeting, the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension & Retirement System has approved two commitments totalling $45 million.

$25 million was allocated to Constitution Capital Partners Ironsides Co-Investment VII.

In addition, $20 million was allocated to Comvest Credit Partners VII. 

As of June 30, 2023, the $3 billion Pension Fund has a current and target allocation of 8.9% and 8.0% to ‘Other Assets’.
