Oklahoma Teachers’ Commit $100 Million to EQT Exeter Industrial Value VI

The Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma has committed $100 million to EQT Exeter Industrial Value Fund VI. 

The value-added real estate fund was approved at the January 25 board meeting and is managed by EQT Partners.

As of January 2023, TRS allocates 8.4% to Real Estate while they target 10% to the asset class.
