San Antonio Police and Fire Pension Commits to Real Assets; Issues Real Estate Consultant RFP

The San Antonio Police and Fire Pension Fund has approved the commitment of $20 million to Palistar Digital Infrastructure Fund III, according to minutes from the November 22nd board meeting. 

The Fund will make investments in telecommunications easements, wireless towers, data centers, fiber, and other digital infrastructure assets.

Also at the meeting, the board approved initiating a Request for Proposal for a Real Estate Consultant.
