Santa Barbara Commits $20M to Direct Lending Fund

The Santa Barbara County Employees’ Retirement System (SBCERS) has committed $20 million to Angelo Gordon Direct Lending Fund Evergreen, according to meeting minutes from the June 22 board meeting. 

SBCERS previously committed $25 million to AG Direct Lending Fund III in 2018 and $20 million to AG Direct Lending Fund IV in 2020.

The $4 billion Retirement System’s consultant, RVK, assisted with the recommendation.
