Tyne and Wear Pension Commits $38M to Private Equity

The Tyne and Wear Pension Fund has made a £30 million (approx. $38 million) investment to the Foresight North East Fund, according to a recent press release. 

The Foresight Group is a private equity and infrastructure investment manager. The Foresight North East Fund will focus on  growth companies across all sectors in companies based in the North East and Yorkshire.

With the investment, the Foresight North East Fund closes with £90  million.
