Wyoming Investment Board Commits to Private Equity, Private Credit

The Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board has approved committing to two alternative investments.

The Board approved committing to SVP Capital Solutions Fund II, a distressed credit fund managed by Strategic Value Partners. The commitment amount was not disclosed.

In addition, the board approved committing to Banner Ridge Secondary Fund V, a private equity fund managed by Banner Ridge. Fund V has a hard cap of $2 billion. Banner Ridge is reserving the final $65 million of the $2 billion fund for the Investment Board. The Investment Board is willing to commit up to $100 million.
