Anne Arundel Targeting $90M to Private Markets; Commits $50M to Apogem

The Anne Arundel County Retirement and Pension System is looking to place $90 million in private markets in 2024, according to recent meeting minutes.

$50 million was approved for Apogem Co-Investment Fund VII, a private equity fund.

Investment consultant, NEPC, has not yet made a recommendation for the remaining $40 million.
