Arkansas TRS Considers $75M to Value-Add Real Estate

The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System has received a recommendation to approve a $75 million commitment to LaSalle Value Partners US IX, according to an agenda for the August 16 Board meeting. 

LaSalle Value Partners US IX is a value-added real estate fund managed by LaSalle Investment Management.

As of March 31, 2022, the $21 billion Retirement System has a 6.4% allocation to real estate.
