Baltimore Fire & Police Allocates $30M to LaSalle Partners Fund

The Baltimore City Fire and Police Retirement System has approved a $30 million investment in the LaSalle Value Partners Fund IX.

The investment was approved at the September 20th board meeting 

The pension fund’s consultant, NEPC, assisted with due diligence.

As of September 30, 2022 the $3 billion Retirement System had an actual and target allocation to real estate of 9.9% and 11% respectively.
