Cook County Annuity and Benefit Fund Commits $45M to Real Estate

The Cook County Annuity and Benefit Fund disclosed a $45 million commitment to the Mesirow Financial Real Estate Value Fund V, according to minutes from the December 7th Board meeting. 

The $13.5 billion pension fund has previously invested in Mesirow Financial Real Estate Value Funds II, III, and IV.
