El Paso Firemen & Policemen’s Pension Fund Commits $60 Million

Written by: Morgan Holycross, Marketing Manager

The El Paso Firemen & Policemen’s Pension Fund has disclosed two new investments totaling $60 million.

At the October 19th board meeting, $15 million was approved for the Constitution Capital Ironside Fund VI. This fund’s strategy is to leverage buyouts on a co-investment basis alongside private equity firms in the North American middle market.

Additionally, they invested approximately $45 million to the Nuance Mid-Cap Value fund. Nuance’s strategy is to invest in a portfolio of 50-90 companies with at least 80% of the portfolio invested in companies with mid-sized market capitalizations.
