Hartford Municipal Employees’ Retirement Commits $10M to Private Equity

The City of Hartford Municipal Employees’ Retirement Fund has approved an $10 million investment to Vistria Fund V.

The board approved the commitment at their February 24 board meeting.

As of January 31, 2023, the $1 billion pension fund allocates 11.3% to private equity, while they target 11% to the asset class.
