Hartford Municipal Employees’ Retirement Fund Commits $8M to Real Estate

The City of Hartford Municipal Employees’ Retirement Fund has approved an $8 million investment to TA Realty Value-Add Fund XIII. 

The board approved the commitment at their December 5, 2022 board meeting.

As of September 30, 2022, the nearly $1 billion Retirement Fund allocates approximately 9% to real estate.
