Houston Firefighters’ Retirement Commits $55M to Alts

The Houston Firefighters’ Relief and Retirement Fund has approved two alternative commitments totaling up to $55 million.

$30 million was committed to Rialto Real Estate Fund V, a real estate debt strategy.

Additionally, $25 million was committed to the HarbourVest Dover Street Fund XI. 

As of July 31, 2023, the market value of the total fund was approximately $5 billion.
