The Illinois Police Officers Pension Fund is in the process of finalizing selections for the Bank Loan Manager Search that was issued in 2023.
A recommendation was made at the January 19 meeting to allocate 2% of the portfolio to Aristotle Bank Loan Fund and 1% of the total portfolio allocated to Ares Institutional Loan Fund.
Other semi-finalists for the search include Nuveen, Oaktree Capital, Onex Corporation, Shenkman Capital, and Sycamore Tree Capital.
General consultant, Verus, is assisting with the search.
