New Mexico SIC Commits $625M to Private Credit, Private Equity

The New Mexico State Investment Council has approved 5 commitments to private credit and private equity totalling $625 million, according to meeting minutes from their October 24th board meeting.

In private credit, $250 million was allocated to Silver Point Distressed Opportunities Institutional Partners II. 

Four investments were made to private equity. $150 million was allocated to Mercer Private Equity SMA, $100 million was allocated to New Mountain Partners VII, $75 million was allocated to Altaris Health Partners VI, and $50 million was allocated to M13 Ventures IV.
