# San Joaquin County Retirement Commits $62.5M to Private Credit

The San Joaquin County Retirement Association allocated $62.5 million to private credit according to meeting materials from the August 11th meeting. 

It was approved to commit $62.5 million to the Ares Pathfinder II Fund.

As of June 30, 2023, the $4 billion Retirement Association allocates approximately 9.1% to private credit.
